What to expect on your first visit with us


We are so glad you found us and we can not express how grateful we are to be part of your hair journey! We want to make you as happy and as relaxed as possible during your visit. Here are a few reminders to help make scheduling your appointment a breeze.

PRE-VISIT

You will receive a text or e-mail confirmation when your appointment is booked. You will receive a reminder for your upcoming visit 48 hours before your appointment.

Please don’t be late! If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, if you are 15 or more minutes late your stylist may not be able to provide the service and the cancellation policy will apply. If you are sick please call us as soon as possible to reschedule. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given we will require a credit card number for all future appointments. In the event of a second missed appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the service missed.

Running late / Canceling / Rescheduling

New Client Booking

Our team has a variety of stylists that specialize in color correction, single process color, toners, highlights, balayage, foliage, keratin smoothing treatments, perms, extensions and more. Hair comes in a variety of textures, porosities, lengths and densities. Considering this, we require new client consultations for all chemical and extension services prior to booking so that we can learn about your goals and discuss your budget. Consultations are scheduled for 15 minutes so please do not be late. If you feel you need more than the traditional 15 minute consultation please give us a call.
